After graduating from Meridian High School in 1998, Earl attended the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. He started his career working in Eagle, Idaho as a salesman and auctioneer for Idaho’s largest public auto auction while simultaneously performing contract auctioneering for a number of heavy equipment auction companies.
In 2006 Earl earned the prestigious title of IAPA Bid Calling Champion Auctioneer for the entire state of Idaho while also graduating the Certified Auction Institute at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
After obtaining his real estate salesman license (and later his brokers license) Earl combined his two passions and began conducting real estate auctions both online and live. His experiences with real estate auctions led him to develop an entirely new and successful concept for conducting online personal property auctions. He debuted his ground-breaking idea in Nampa, Idaho where his auction house flourished and promptly outgrew their offices in two months. In the next six months, several auction companies followed Earl’s lead all over the Treasure Valley. United Country Musick and Sons remained at the top of the industry even well after it was sold. Earl moved back home to North Central Idaho – Grangeville, Idaho (his hometown) to pursue a recreation lifestyle as well as real estate. Earl’s expertise lies in recreational properties for sale in North Central Idaho, Idaho hunting land for sale and Idaho ranches and farms for sale. His concentration is in North Central Idaho but he serves the entire state and is qualified and happy to meet your needs as a buyer’s broker or listing broker for any and all Idaho real estate. In 2010 Earl teamed up with Potlatch Land to offer his buyers the best recreation properties available in North Central Idaho. In addition, teaming up with Realtree United Country Hunting Properties has given us the opportunity to highlight recreation/Hunting properties in North Central Idaho.
Earl has a passion for the outdoors, specifically fishing for steelhead salmon or Chinook Salmon on the Snake River, Salmon River and the Clearwater River (all of which are within an hour from Grangeville!) If he can’t be found on the river, chances are he’s trophy mule deer or rocky mountain elk hunting. During football season you’ll find Earl at the Kibbie Dome in Moscow, Idaho rooting on the Idaho Vandals at the University of Idaho’s campus. Go Vandals!

I want to introduce myself. I am a real Idaho native, born here and raised here in a farm family. Not only do I understand small town and rural life with its satisfactions and hard hitting challenges, but I have spent the greater part of my professional career involved in land development, residential construction, and real estate marketing. I have over 30 years working closely with Idaho home and land owners. This experience has provided me with expertise in residential and land valuation, marketing, buyer networks and sales strategies which I believe can be extremely valuable to you when considering selling or buying property. Kyle Musick is not new to the auction industry. He was born and raised in the Treasure Valley helping his parents run their auction company. After moving the auction facility to Eagle, ID, in 1991, Kyle would help his mother run the Food Booth and run clerking sheets on auction day. As he grew, he learned more of the auction business and at the age of 15, he was placed as yard supervisor on auction day. Kyle attended Meridian High School and participated in the FFA. All through his childhood, he was involved in 4H and other agricultural programs. In 2008, the auction moved to Nampa, Idaho. At that warehouse location, weekly online auctions were conducted. While Kyle was actively involved in the weekly operations, he also handled any business liquidation or estate auction inquiries. Kyle officially became an auctioneer in 2010 after attending Texas Auction Academy. Soon after, he was working as an auctioneer for several Boise area auction houses. Many storage companies in Ada and Canyon counties employed him to conduct their storage unit auctions. He quickly became a trusted auctioneer in his community, and has been asked to auctioneer for various benefit organizations including Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, National Wild Turkey Federation, Ada County 4H Extension, Bishop Kelly Football, and Gem County Sheriff’s Posse. In December 2014, Kyle was given the Friends of 4H award by the Ada County 4H Extension. He received his real estate license in 2013, and successfully completed his first online real estate auction within 90 days. He has since used his license to help co-market real estate auctions with personal property auctions as part of estate liquidations. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his kids. One of his favorite activities is deer hunting. Since moving to Grangeville in 2014, he enjoys short fishing trips to Tolo Lake out on the Camas Prairie. For longer trips, he travels to the Clearwater River.
